We are using the BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE for getting prices and schedules etc... which works OK so far.
Lately we came across an enhancement request to get prices on item level with a specific pricing date. The sim-Bapi allows to enter a pricing date on header level but not on item level - while the create oder bapi (BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2) has a pricing date in the item structure. Anyone came across this issue or what could be an alternative, except enhancing the BAPI.
Inquiry BAPI does not help because of missing schedules
The pricing part would help but does not calculate the overall value of an order e.g. tax , freight etc....
