What is the difference between F1 help and SAPHelp. I have not used SAPHelp before.

in your editor (SE38) type =?, click on it and press F1. This will take you to saphelp and the required information. F1 stands generally for Help in SAP, while SAPHelp is self-explanatory (I hope)
