Open development object with known object type

Hi Everyone,

I wonder wether it's possible to open a dev object by name with the object type. It's because Ctrl+Shift+A is very slow. So if I know which object type to lookup I'd like to filter for it also to get results faster. Is that possible somehow with ADT?

Hi Franz,

if Ctrl-Shift-A is too slow for you, please have a look if you are running a NetWeaver 7.40 system on a Non-HANA database. In this case, SAP Note 1999300 may help you out.

Hello Franz,

i recognized the same slow performance in spite of installed note 1999300.

Currently i have an open incident at SAP (for Oracle DB) for this performance issue.

So, if i receive any results/notes from SAP i will post it at SCN!
