Hi Kumar,

Is this documented somewhere?

I don't think they are any better in terms of performance when compared to the procedural counterparts. They have other advantages like security, encapsulation , inheritance, etc but not performance.

ABAP Objects related to Object oriented technique which is more related to JAVA Concept,more ever SAP is coming towards to JAVA with respect Internet related technologies.

Performance point of you ,I will say one thing, it is good performance since we use all internal table without header,so we will get good performance.
