One release code workflow email to multiple users

Dear All,

We have PR release strategy and Workflow email notification (outlook) to release code user. All working fine.

Now the requirement is - for some releases - multiple users can perform release PR. For Ex. In a plant, one PR can be released by either GM, Finance Manager and Senior Finance Officer. They have relevant transaction authorizations and release authorizations to release. Requirement is - an email should be sent to all 3 users. Default email to GM is going but for FM and FO also an email should send. How to achieve this.

Please suggest.

Hi

We have a similar situation and every level has multiple user to release the PO. I have tried with all possibilities using standard functionality but no good.

Would you mind to share the design and the process will be great help.
