I working on Upgradation project 4.5B to ECC6.0, Can you any body suggest me all obsolete function modules, Statements, function groups and all obsolete related stuff.

Uptimizer, used in upgrades gives a list of possible obsolete objects.

Its called RBE(Reverse Business Engineer) and is a native SAP tool.
