Look at the search help SCTSOBJECT. Click on execute. That will tell you the meanings of a specific type/id.

To find the object type and program id of a specific object, on most of their maintenance screens, there is somewhere the menu option "Display Object Directory Entry".

Sometimes, though, you just have to create an object, and look at the entry in the transport.

Use Function module TR_OBJECT_TABLE which returns an internal table with the information you requested.

(Structure KO100 : PGMID, OBJECT, TEXT)
