Object S_OC_ROLE - do not change notes

Hi Experts

I am trying to control chnage of notes/attachment via object S_OC_ROLE. I have given the user that needs to change every an activity: ADMINISTRATOR and activity: ' ' on user that only needs to change their own notes and not someone else's note. The user with ' ' can still change other users's notes. How do I restrict them. I'm I using the correct object to execute this task?

Hi Nagendra...thank you for the quick response. Part of my question has been answered. Kindly tell me how to completely stop them from chaning nites irrespective of whether it's their notes or not.
