You tried to create an instance of the object type BUS2011 with the key 6000000233. No instance of this kind exists.

what's your question? There is no active instance of vendor quotation 6000000233 existing - so be more specific what you need here.

Neither nor - the object isn't existing or the instance of the object isn't existing. You could check if quotation 6000000233 is existing (I guess the transaction code is ME48 but I'm not really sure).
