what's your question? There is no active instance of vendor quotation 6000000233 existing - so be more specific what you need here.

Neither nor - the object isn't existing or the instance of the object isn't existing. You could check if quotation 6000000233 is existing (I guess the transaction code is ME48 but I'm not really sure).
