Object Authorization to end users for RFC

Hi,

I've developed RFC for Barcode System Implementation to Interface with Visual Basic in SAP version 4.6 B. During Used by end-users it shows un-authorization message during login through VB system to SAP to access this RFC. Can anybody tell me exactly which object are missing in users profile or something else is required to execute this process.

The RFC user should at least have authorization object S_RFC.
