Hi,

I am looking for a FM or BAPI to automatically convert a service notification (IW51) to a service order (IW31). Is there any solution other than a BDC.

How about IQS0_CHANGE_NOTIF_TO_ORDER or IQS0_CREATE_NOTIF_TO_ORDER? I have not used these personally but noticed them when I was working with orders.

I already checked this function module in debug mode. Does this function module save it to the database or does it just fill the fields in the work order screen?
