Notification's database tables

Hi ,

I have a requirement where I have to create notification through QM01 by BDC and they by refering that number I have to update all other data base tables directly like QMEF , QMMA , QMSM and QMUR etc,

My first problem is that I could find only these 4 tables related to Notification details but i am not getting other tables for the data like Cause , Corrective Action and correction task so that i could update that data .

My second problem is that even when I have updated database tables for QMEF , QMMA , QMSM and QMUR , I am still not able to see my data by QM02 or QM03 , Is there any indicator that i have to update ,

Please help me in this problem
