Note implementation finished with status 'Incompletely implemented'

When applying note 1736533 on GRC System, the note log shows that the correction instruction is 'completely implemented', but the implementation status of the Sap Note remains 'Incompletely implemented'.

I checked the corrections and the corresponding changes are already in source code, all programs are active and already executed the post-implementation steps, but the implementation status doens't change.

Someone already faced this situation or have a tip to solve this?

thanks in advance

In case you have not found your issue yet, I believe Note 1685578 will solve your issue.

There is an issue (bug) in SNOTE with the SAP_BASIS 702 0012 SAPKB70212 SAP Basis Component which this note solved for me.

Look at the objects in your transport.  Are they all activated?

Hi Neal,

Thanks for your help!

Hi ,

There seems to be two instructions which needs to be implemented (as per the release) and only one can be seen in the screen shot as completed.

Not sure if both have been implemnted.Plz check it it helps.

Thanks!

Hi Boby,

Just one of the instructions appears to have changes.

Hi ,

It seems like this note contains some manual correction which is not available via SNOTE but we can validate the same in sap service market place .

Please check the note in service market place as well and implement the prerequisite and manual corrections before going ahead with implementing the note.

MTXT seems to be coming in such scenarios when the SNOTE is not able to convert the instructions .

Hope it helps.,

Thanks!

Hi,

Please check the OSS Note contains any  manual instructions.. and also you have to check the Pre- requisites  of OSS Note before doing the Implementation.

might be useful for you : http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-44254

If everything is correct.. please approach SAP for the further inputs on OSS Note.

Best Regards

Ravi.

Hi,

only three of the correction instructions are described in OSS Note, the two others are not listed.

Does this may be causing the problem?

Thanks for all help

Hi ,

MTXT should be the manual steps which you need to perform before applying corrections .

Three correction instructions can be seen via SAP markert place as well.

Please check the manual steps in the note -( If any) ,I believe there should be -which is not converted in SAP - SNOTE tcode and is seen as MTXT(Manual steps) .Once you perform it - It should be fine.

I am curious if that resolves your issue or not.

Thanks!

Reason and Prerequisites - Checked

This note is required only if you have already implemented note: 1709519 or you have

implemented support package 12 of SAP_ABA 702 (or an equivalent support package of

other SAP_ABA/SAP_BASIS releases)

Manual Pre-Implementation. Absent (doesn't exists)

Manual Post-Implement. Done

VALID FOR

Release 702 SAPKA70201 - SAPKA70212

Even after executing manual post-implementation, implementation status doesn't change

Could you take it up with SAP as I believe we are good as per the note .

Status change - We need to confirm with them ,It can be some minor issue in the note as well.We never know.

Hi Garth,

The system displays the message below when searching for this note through SNOTE

"No SAP Note was found that meets the specified criteria."

I found it at Support Portal, but was unable to apply it

I think this correction it's already delivered in SP12, as mentioned in the note

Thanks for your help

I was experiencing the same issue you were.

Here is the SAP_BASIS level from the system where I applied note 1685578.

Note 1685578 went in just fine.

Problem solved.

It is unfortunate that this note is not valid for your system.

Anyhow, hopefully this information is useful to anyone else who finds this thread because their situation is the same as mine.
