Hi All,

I am trying to modify my Z* table through SM30 and expecting the log to be created in DBTABLOG Table for which I followed below steps .

1>Enable table logging check box in technical settings

2>Set Rec/Client Parameter

3>Assign Authorization Group .

Another thing that is worth mentioning is ,for the same Z*table in development and quality ,all 3 log records are created for every Insert/Update/Delete operations. but in production it just created only 2 records in DBATABLOG and misses the middle  entry which is mainly for Insert/Update/Delete record in PRD.

Thanks,

Hajeera

Hi Abdul,

Thanks for replying so quick.......I went through these notes and its sub notes  and I found few differences

1>Note  Please make sure that the values for rec/client are the same on all servers of a system. Only then logging will work correctly.(in our landscape dev is different from (QAS,PRD).

2>Mine is not a customizing table .(I dont know if it matters).

Please let me know your view on this .

Thanks,

Hajeera
