New ALV Object Model

Hi

while studying the new object model (pdf posted on abap section ), I came across few types used in it viz. salv_s_layout_info etc., can anybody explain what is it and what is the structure of it? Is it available in 4.6C etc.

the new alv (SALV) is available from WAS6.40. (not available in 4.6C)

it is not available on 4.6c

it is available from WAS640 Onwards.
