Now i am working on ECC6.0, i know that we can work on new ABAP Editor in ECC6.0.so how to use the New Abap Editor .

Anybody please let me know.

hi,

you have to use the patch level 21 for GUI.

You can check the current patch in the logon pad and go to about.then u will get the current version.

U tell the basis person to do the patch upgrade.

Then the new editor will be available.

Hi,

TO enable new editor, goto UTILITIES on se80 and then select settings, there select ABAP Editor tab.. There select FRONT-End-Editor(New).

Go to SE38 and some program

In utilities Menu settings ->Abap Editor->Editor ,There check front end Editor(New)
