Please tell me Where can i get to download Netweaver Developer Studio 6.20/6.40.

I checked in SAP service market place.But I didnt find any.

Netweaver Develoment Studio is not specific to a WAS version(6.20/6.40). It is specific, however to a SP level of your WAS6.40 java engine. For example, if your java engine is at 6.40 SP11, then you will need the SP11 version of NWDS.
