Need help with getting SAP ECC 6.0 Table names

Could someone please help me the TCodes and navigation to input table names and get description as output, as indicated in the screenshot below?

I have tried DD02VV and DD02T but these outputs are not helpful.

I couldn't get your question,

If you want to know the tcode, it is SE16N

& table DD02T has the text which you mentioned.

DD02T is the text table for table definition, so could you elaborate on "not helpful"?

You can browse DD02T with SE16 or SE16N

(Did you use correct language (e.g. EN is internally E) and activation status (e.g. A for active))

Or use transaction SE11 for table definition

It works perfectly now.
