need help in forms

Hi Experts,

i am bala. i need some help in smartform.i got object ie FORM : J_1BNOTA_FISCAL and PROGRAM NAME : J_1BNFPR. i need to copy this standard form and program,make a custom program.my question is how to do changes in this program based on my requirement anyone have step by step example with screen shot. for example how to create new form then how to create header text,logo,main window,how to call each fields,where we do coding,how to make width,height values etc. if you give it's really helpful to do my smartform.just for samples i need based on that i will do it myself.thanks for advance.helpful answers i will give good points.
