Need GFW Attribute & Value Chart

I'm unable to find a list of attributes and the corresponding values for GFW.

I'm trying to figure out the possible atttibute IDs and the possible values for each id within the GFW* chart customizing tables.

Link to anyplace with this information appreciated!

Yes, thanks Rob... After reviewing the type-pool again and looking at all the entries in GFW* tables for all the demo and sample programs, the light bulb is on, even if still a bit dimly.
