Are multiple constructors with different parameters allowed in ABAP?

No.

But you can have optional parameters. And you can have IF i_param IS SUPPLIED...

( btw, there is a seperate forum for ABAP Objects related questions - you're generally more likely to get good responses there, as their is far less traffic ).
