The ALV display an internal table into a grid. You can have one line of an internal table into the grid line. If you want to display the content of an internal table into more than one line, this could not be efficient strict. Instead of this you can use a tricky point. You will copy your internal table context into an other table
table line 1 -
> table line 1
--> table line 2
--> table line 3
table line 2 -
> table line 1
--> table line 2
--> table line 3
Just to be more clear to you. Imagine that you have the material M1 and the total consuption in month jan08 jan09. Create an internal table that will have the structure
Material / (Line Grouping) / Consumption
Where the (Line Grouping) would be the an internal code for you, whitch you could distinct the data that would come from the same data source into more than one lines.
For the line item cou can process with the way that I have show you yesterday. But for the Heading, I do not know any solution. If you do not want to have into one line, you should think the classic list layout (ABAP List) and not the interactive ALV.
