Hi all,

when I edit a text I can't switch to the word editor because of the error SOFFICEINTEGRATION231: unable to find template. Where can I set the path from where SAP select a Word template?

You may want to check authorization object S_BDS_DS.

Can you access to the server folder that contain the word template?<br>

In the I18N transaction, you can select the text editor you want to use (standard editor or Word Editor)

Option I18N Customazing - MS Word as Editor

In case of Word Editor will work with the template that the MS-Word has been configured by default.
