Module pool program download

Hi all,

I would like copy a screen prg. to one sap server to another. i tried to download to know how to download screen? i want to utility>upload/downloa> download. i tried to upload in other server (different ver ) . it was unsuccessful due to version prb.

can any one advice how to go about. is there any different prg utility go.

And i also want to kwow is there any utility to copy table def from one server to another.

Hi,

Try to save the pages as local file and then upload them.

Or better and proper way is to use IDOCS for such requirements.

You can save the file as a LOCAL file by either right clicking on it or using tool bar... but you have to save each and every page. this will save the pages on your local system... then on the other server you can open those pages using same procedure for open local file...

in the last reply the meaning of local page is that download it as a local file and import that local file on another server.

Hi,

What was the error when you tried to download/upload from SE51 transaction.

The system should allow you to download/upload without any issue even if there is any difference in the version,

i try to upload screen from 4.7 enterprise to 4.6c . it clearly said the error is due to difference in version.
