Modularizing a program

Hey SAP experts. I am just starting out in SAP and I need some assistance with a program. I am trying to modularize my program. Though I do not understand how to or where to begin. The last place I stopped at is moving code to my include programs.

Though a requirement is to use table types which I know nothing about as well.

If anyone can help me. I would like to see an example of a program. Yes I do have forms in my program as I also do not understand using and changing and passing parts in and our of it..

Again an example would be great.

I'm confused... Where are you doing your development then if you don't see any existing programs? There are quite a few demos and samples provided and you can see any standard SAP program as well.

Not sure how "using" and "changing" could be more clear either, it's literally English... What exactly is the challenge?
