Modifying CSV File

Hi ,

I need to Schedule job as  it should run every 2 hrs once 

i have to write a program like below

i have to select data from 2 transparent  tables and it should download to  CSV file

and every 2 hrs once it has to delete old data from CSV file and replace with new data ( my Tables also contain New Data)

please some give me some example code
