Modify standard FM

Hi experts,

I have a BW datasource based on FM BUPA_HIERARCHY_BW_TRANSFER.

This FM is extracting a hierarchy from ECC like this:

-Node Hier1

-Node Hier2...

-Node Hier20

I would like to extract all the node in one global node. Is that possible?

Hi,

Not sure if I understood your requirement. All the nodes details are being returned the export table  E_T_HIENODE with Parent/child/next relationship. From this we can find any relationship. ( For the root node the PARENTID will be INITIAL ( '00000000' ).

What is the issue?

Is there anyway to create a fictif global node, like this data will be extracted as following:

It's like creating a superior level node.

Global node:

       -Node Hier1

     -Node Hier2...

     -Node Hier20
