Modification are not updating in the program

I had done some modification to the existing program and activated. When i came out from the program that modification are not appeared. Could you tell me the reason

Hi,

always first 'SAVE' and then 'Activate'.

HI Jagan,

Have u made changes in the main program or some else line in any dictionary fields or screens something like that?

One thing is if you make any changes anywhere like it may in screens or dictionary fields etc u need to activate all those things then only the modification will be reflecte..

In main program i have added some classes to convert incompatable structures to compatable structures during upgradation. But that classes are not appearing after quiting from the program.

Try activating it from the SE38 initial screen(where you type the program name and hit change/create).
