MM01 Create material valuation class error

Hi all,

1,when i use user name m01 login in sap,enter t_code mm01 to create material is ok,we use move price.

create material R0001, material type :roh, copy from material r2222, material r2222 has stock and stock value,

when copy accout view, valuation class is must input, so sap is not save. then is ok.

2,when i use user name m02 login in sap,enter t_code mm01 to create material is error,we use move price.

create material R0001, material type :roh, copy from material r2222, material r2222 has stock and stock value,

when copy accout view, valuation class is must input, sap is save and create material r0001.

enter t_code mm02 and change r0001, then r0001 valuation class is null and stock value is r2222 stock value,

r0001 stock is 0. so then r0001 is error.

why has the issue, is sap bug?
