guys... after a system installation i found out that /SMB40/RVADOR01 is missing.... this is a standard program.... how could it be missing.... ???

It could be in the sense that you need to apply it on top of your installation.
If I remember correctly this program is a driver program for SMARTFORMs for standard SAP OutputTypes which are maintained in t.code NACE .
If you search OSS, you'll get some pointers to how to get it.
