MIRO with error 00 671: ABAP Processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Dear friends ,

I really need your help to identify a problem that is occuring in the PRD.

We are trying to post a MIRO but when save we are receiving the error:

00 671: ABAP Processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

And after that the MIRO is not saved in our tables.

I've the some checks and RKPF and RSEG doesn't have any entry to this vendor+reference document.

How to debug and determine which entries or table is being afected by this DUPREC ?

Check notes 763023, 644946, 951583, 925025 if it is valid for your system release.

763023 is valid to SAPKH47022 we are in SAPKH47029..

644946 corrected in SAPKH47018 we are in SAPKH47029

951583 I'll analyse and return soon..

Use transactions SM13 and SM14 to examine failed update requests. You can also use ST22 (Dump Analysis) and SM21 (System log).

Well , this error I can't see via ST22, only in the SPBW..

I'll ask the access to SM13 , SM14 and SM21.

After check I Put results here.
