Hi,

You need to develop a Field Exit if you are specific about the field validation. It will triggered once cursor is moved out of that field.

Normally field exits will be like: FIELD_EXIT_xxxxx

Here XXXXXX could be dataelement of the field for which you need to develop Field Exit.
