MFBF Scrap RFC bapi_repmanconf1_create_mts doesn't match functionality

All of the documentation I have found indicates that RFC bapi_repmanconf1_create_mts

matches the functionality of MBF for backflush/scrap. We have tried to handle component scrap with this RFC but it does not support this. How can we make it support this, or what is the correct RFC that matches MFBF functionality?

I appreciate your help to tell me if you confirm or not that the BAPI_REPMANCONF1_CREATE_MTS work like MFBF.
