Mexico Address

We are trying to implement OSS notes for printing Mexico addresses (e.g., 1306020, 1344683, 1366122), which require changes to LSADRF01, form address_layout_018. However, the context for the code changes in each of these corrections does not exist in our version of the program, even though we have all of the prerequisites. Our version (ECC 6.0, release 700, support pack 017) contains only the basic address code and a comment "not yet implemented". Does anyone have a version of LSADRF01 that has logic in address_layout_018, and do you know how to get that version? Perhaps we are missing a note.

Upon further review, note 1306020 has two corrections, and I was only seeing the second. The code can be implemented, but it seems to be missing a select from table T005U for the Mexico province description, so I am going to manually add it.
