message VN069 smartforms

hello floks,

i have an issue with a smartforms working perfectly in quality but not in production with the message : VN069.

i have check the printer set up with the trx SPAD in both landscape the set up is identical. The texts of the 2 smartforms are identical in both landscape.

What else should i check to understand why in prod the smartforms is not printed?

Hi, try to activate transaction sftrace.
