Message type US for ALE distribution

I want to create an outbound IDOC using ALE distribution.

I have to assign Partner type as 'US' - user. Can anyone give me some input. I got the error when trying to do the same

" No partner profiles (message control) maintained

Message no. B1127 Diagnosis No IDOC partner profiles have been created for the message control for

for application EF, condition key ZNBR and change message '' with

partner type 'LS' and partner role ' '.

Procedure Please create the partner profiles for the logical system that should

contain the IDOC. You can either generate them from the ALE model or

create them manually.

Step by step will be helpfull.

Hi Preethi,

Go to transaction we20.

In the partner profile you have created go to the orders idoc type. Select the second tab. There maintain the Application EF, Type and other details.

I did all those customization. I want to know How can I use the Partner type US for outbound IDOC.

Hi Preethi,

You can use this program <b>RBDCUS15</b> to generate outbound partner profile.

Also you use distribution model (t/code BD64) as well.

1. I created the partner profile in WE20. Partner type US

Message type Orders and IDOC type Orders05.

2. I created PORT as well

3. I did the customization in NACE also

When I am generating the purchase order it says the partner profile is not defined for Partner '---'.

I can generate the IDOC while assigning the partner type to LI..but I am unable to generate by using partner type US. I dont want to use LI..I want to use only US.Suggest me by using the Partner type US.
