Please tell me in which system and in which partner profile, message type should be maintained.

Message type is HRMD_ABA

Data Flow - HR(LS) -> XI(LS) -> SRM(LS)

HR partner profile HRCLNT

XI partner profile XICLNT

SRM partner profile SRMCLNT

In which system which partner profile should be maintained ?

In which partner profile (in every system) and in in which (o/b or i/b) message type should be maintained?

Please help me with the exact configuration.

Hi,

Please follow one statement:

"System knows its own details" Its the partner who need to know what will it receive.

It means if you are sending data from XI to SRM then in the XI system you need to maintain outbound partner profile of SRM System.

Go to tcode WE20 choose LS node and maintain your message type under outbound parameters for logical system SRMCLNT.

Then go into your SRM system.

Go to tcode WE20 choose LS node and maintain your message type under inbound parameters for partner XICLNT.
