Hi

What does it mean message

EDI: Table passed to EDI_SEGMENTS_ADD_BLOCK is empty. ?

Because of this error message i cannot carry out

Start IDoc Generation step in the LSMW.

How to solve this problem?

do you have missed to fill one segment with field data ?
