Hi Abhishek,
The orders handled by MEB can be created in two ways:
1. Create a notification with task list reference, assign it to a MEB controlled revision and hit the "Create order" button on the revision work area.
2. Create a notification and generate an order out of it. Now go to MEB and assign the notification to a MEB revision.
In both cases the notification and order will become MEB controlled (MEBS status will be active). Another way (depending on your release level) is to manually enter an MEB controlled revision number into the corresponding fields of the maintenance order fields.
