Can anyone tell in transaction ME33..........the first field which is displayed is "AGREEMENT" what is that we need to enter to go to second screen.

Field "AGREEMENT" to which table field is it linked ?

It is EKKO- KONNR field

These are Agreement nos stored in EKKO table. If on SE16 you enter EKKO table, press enter, which will take to selection screen, enter Document Category (BSTYP) = 'L' and it will list all Agreement nos.

Please check table EKKO for field EBELN with BSTYP = 'L' (Scheduling Agreement).
