Hi,
Is it possible to create a new PO with the data of existing PO.
For Example i have PO No: 4700000011, i have to copy the same data that exists in 4700000011 into this new PO No:470000012.
Thanks

Hi,
Goto ME21N..
Press the button the Document overivew on button..If it is already on..Ignore this step..
In the left hand side there will be Container which says Hierarchy.
Above there is a button which has the tool tip Selection variant..
Select that button..
Then you will get a drop down button..THen choose purchase orders..
Give the PO number in Purchasing document field..And press F8..
Now it will take you back to ME21N with the PO number in the Hierarchy...
Drag and Drop the PO number in the Shopping cart Icon which is left to document type text box..
Now the PO will be copied..
Thanks,
Naren

yes. When creating the new PO, you will see the option of Copy from in the selection screen. Check that checkbox and enter the PO number from which you want to copy the details.
