Hi,

Is there a program similar to MD04 where user can view only the stock and requirement qty but not the P/O data.

We have two groups of user. One group is our internal staff where he/she can use MD04 to view all information. The other group is our Sub-Contractors where we wnat them to use MD04 but we do not allow them to view the P/O data.

by using Authorization Objects u can achieve this one.

check SU22.

SU22 is only for listout all the avail.Authorization Objects for MD04.

u have to assign Objects to user Roles , ask ur basis person, he will tell me more .
