Hi all,

when ever we creates any PO it generates a unique reference no., now when i put this ref. no into MB90 transaction

it calls my smartform associated with it, and it get printed, the problem is that, whenever we go for the cancellation

(revarsal) of any PO, it also generates a unique ref. no, now i want to restrict my smartform not to get called whenever the ref. no.

is from revarsal process,please anybody tell me how could i achieve this.

Hi Sanjeev,

The driver program of the SMARTFORM you can put a check that the document type of the PO for which the print is called is not reversal.

Hi Yakub,

my driver program is  copied from standard SAP program, and it consists of all includes, so i think i have to do some Enhancement into it. So please tell me how can i do that, please tell me in detail

what will be my code, to check for reversal PO.

Copied program means Y or Z program, we can change it. check that program and run it in se38 in change mode.

Hi Ramesh,

my program consists of these includes, and not all of them are editable(few of them are editable).

So how i know in which include, i have to write my code, and please tell me what will be the code lines so that it will deselect revarsal ref. no for calling my smartforms.

Hi,

as Mr.shah said.. you have to check MKPF-BLART(Material Doc type) Or check reversal movement type MSEG-BWART in you program whether its Z or standard and don't call your smartforms or avoid smartform printing process..

Hi Tejas,

thanks for your reply, but the question is in my driver program all are includes. So how can i know

in which include i have to code.And the other thing is that how could i check for revarsal PO ref. no,

as we can check for movement type either it is of type "102" or "102"(bwart field). If the bwart field is of type "101", i have to print smartform, but for bwart type "102" it will not print.

Please write the code for checking the ref. no of revarsal PO, and tell me how i will know that it is of reversal or not, then how to exclude smartform if it is of revarsal PO.

Hi,

You seems to be Functional person and Non-technical.. you should take help from technical person.

I think last option is..

asked your technical person to debug MB90 tcode by placing breakpoint on SELECT statement..

and see for query on MSEG table.. take BWART from MSEG...and avoid your smartforms..implement Enhancement or User exits..or badi..also Put break point on statement CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION
