hello all,

what is the maximum value can be stored in data tab when using METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>clipboard_import to copy from clipboard.

Hi Sameer,

I know that per line in the data tab the limit is 8000 char and the method i believe will automatically split the line into multiple lines if it goes above 8000 char.

Now i was not able to locate any limit on the number of lines which makes sense since its a itab and so the number of rows in a itab is not limited though of course there will be performance impacts if you go above a certain level of rows.
