Hi folks! how can we know the material document no. in IDOC?

I tried clicking on segments, but couldn't find it. Can anyone come up with help plzz? thank you.

Hi,

Go to tcode WE30> enter basic idoc ytpe (MATMAS04)>

Display-->Expand all the nodes of idoc type.There will be field names to all segments .Based on that click on that segment go and search for field.

If you want to check the data of fields goto tcode

WE02--> go and check that segement and value....

Hi

It seems you are trying to create Goods movement through IDOC. If this is d case, then you will get your material document number in the status of the IDOC and not in any of the segments.
