Dear all,
I am trying to use function CONVERT_ITF_TO_RTF
to download smartform in RTF format.
though it download the form but the format is in an unidentifiable
error messageis like this
Format conversion from SYSTEM to is not maintained
Message no. TD825
Diagnosis
The format conversion specified above is not maintained.
System Response
Transfer takes place without a format conversion.
Procedure
If you require a conversion in future, you must maintain it via Tools -> Word processing -> Maintain format conversion.
But I am unable to locate the path
Kindly help
