maintain connection between two system when using version management

hi all,

does anyone have idea regarding to this issue?

i wanna use remote comparison in the version mangement,but it shows a error "RFC system error in system/destination".

i need a detailed tutorial of maintaining this, cause i'm a fresh man of using RFC.

Hi desmond,

A RFC connection has to established between the two systems.

You can confirm with the Basis team if there is an Existing RFC between the two systems.

if RFC is not established, how can i establish this RFC, i'm a abaper. need i get help from basis also?
