Mail Triggering

Hi Experts,

I am triggering e-mail via SAP using function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 inside a transaction.

Some of the enduser in a different locations when using this transaction are not able to trigger mail, do we need to configure SAP enduser login id for mail triggering.
