Mail merge problem

Hi,

We are trying to open word document using SAP ABAP program using mail merge. We are facing the problem with displaying correct characters in exported MS Word template. The numbers are displayed in Chinese instead of Arabic and characters lose their format like ARIAL font type for the variable fields.

Could you please, provide your suggestions why it’s misbehaving?

Use page code in program for sending email...... use proper page code for the respective language.
